Our device has alleviated numerous false alarms by protecting the PAD from false activations due to poorly designed equipment that is currently being sold. We have tested our product in numerous state prisons and jails and have had overwhelming reports that our product has reduced false alarms which in turn reduces staff injuries. 
Our design protects the button on the alarm from accidental activation due to the hard shell case. Soft cases such as leather or nylon that are typically purchased flex and  eventually lose form eventually putting pressure on the trigger button causing the false alarms that frequent prison environments.
